The Paneng Curry is rich, creamy, and full-bodied. We make the spice paste in-house: lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and dried chili are pounded in a mortar. Fresh coconut milk from the market lends the curry its velvety texture. Served with fragrant jasmine rice, it is a dish you will crave again and again.
